Bringing learning to life
Beginning in the Space Galleries, pupils learnt about important discoveries in space exploration and the contributions of many inspiring female scientists, sparking curiosity and helping bring learning to life!
Pupils also visited the IMAX Cinema to see a 3D rendition of A Beautiful Planet. The film was absolutely breathtaking, giving a powerful view of Earth from space and a unique experience of seeing the astronauts that live and work on the International Space Station. It was an unforgettable experience that left everyone in awe.
After lunch, girls explored the interactive Wonderlab, where they engaged with a wide range of hands-on activities linked to scientific concepts such as reflection, light, sound and friction. The exciting exhibits encouraged exploration, questioning and discovery, making science both fun and memorable!
It was a wonderful day filled with learning, excitement, and inspiration and the pupils represented the school brilliantly throughout the trip.
