We are excited to share a new community initiative in partnership with the Sydenham Wells Park Improvement Group. Our Eco Prefects and Eco Reps have helped create interactive QR codes for the park. Visitors can now scan these codes to learn more about the local trees and explore the rich biodiversity that makes this park so special.
This week, we were delighted to welcome Monica from the Sydenham Wells Park Improvement Group, to formally hand over the QR codes, marking the end of a lot of hard work but the beginning of something the local community can enjoy.
A huge thank you to our Eco Prefects and Eco Reps. Their dedication to our Eco Schools Green Flag Award initiatives continues to make a tangible difference, both within our school and beyond the gates.
“We have really enjoyed finding out more about the range of trees in our local community, some of which are endangered and some of which are invasive, and hope that visitors to the park will be interested too!”
