Competing against other South East London schools, our pupils put their literary knowledge to the test! Questions were based on fictional works and covered titles, characters, authors, story details and brain teasers, exploring the amazing breadth and variety in children and young people’s publishing.
The quiz consisted of 75 questions, split into eight categories, each with a different theme.
Out of 22 teams, our Year 8 reading champions placed 4th with 51 points, just one point behind the two schools that came joint 2nd, and year 7 placed 13th with 46 points.
