Year 4 enjoyed a rewarding morning of language collaboration with Year 4 pupils from Dulwich College Junior School. During the Spanish session, they were introduced to the basic steps of Cuban salsa. They developed an understanding of timing and coordination while engaging with the lively music. In the German activity, pupils created their own Schultüte, a large, decorated cone traditionally given to children on their first day of school, which is often filled with sweets and small gifts. The Chinese session involved an engaging scavenger hunt, where pupils searched for the twelve animals of the Chinese zodiac and practised writing the corresponding Chinese characters.
